4.    Counter-Notification:

  1. If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice is not infringing or that you have the authorization to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to us.

  2. The counter-notification must include the following information:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.

    • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location.

    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

    • Sufficient contact information to allow us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside Australia, to any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the copyright infringement notice or their agent.

5.    Repeat Infringers:

 

Users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others may have their accounts terminated and be denied access to our website and services.
