    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside Australia, to any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the copyright infringement notice or their agent.

5.    Repeat Infringers:

 

Users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others may have their accounts terminated and be denied access to our website and services.
