Cancellation Policy
Booking Process Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made via [booking platform/email/phone]. Confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rebooking fee or loss of the session. Punctuality Calls will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the call may be shortened or cancelled without a refund. Call Details Calls will be conducted via phone. Please ensure a quiet environment and good reception for the call. No-Show Policy If you miss the call without prior notice, no refunds or reschedules will be provided.
